The six-row ball bearing and guideway assemblies in the KUSE-XL series are the most load-bearing and rigid ball-based monorail guideways on the market. Their high rigidity results from a combined X- and O-arrangement of the six raceways. This series offers designers the opportunity to make their machines more load- carrying, more precise, combined with smoother running characteristics. The guidance systems are preloaded and suitable for long, unlimited strokes.

KUSE-XL series recirculating ball bearings and guideway assemblies are preferred for high, combined loads – and even in measuring machines due to their smooth-running characteristics. They are suitable for accelerations up to 150 m/s2, speeds up to 5 m/s, and operating temperatures from -10 to a maximum of 80°C.

By optimizing the geometry of the recirculating zone, the six-row KUSE linear guidance systems achieves lower stroke pulsation, a significant increase in load ratings depending on size and series, and a significant increase in service life compared to conventional designs. The KUSE carriages are delivered with full complement ball arrangement for maximum load capacities. They are available in freely selectable preload classes and in various accuracy classes in sizes 20-45.

A guidance system consists of at least one carriage with rolling elements, a rail, and closing plugs made of plastic or brass. The standard scope of delivery also includes a lubrication connection, an O-ring for lubrication from top, and a mounting and transport rail. The KUSE is delivered from the factory without pre-greasing.
